ABOUT HOW WE WORK
Once you decide to leave your key to us, we visit your house and fill out the check list to make sure about what we are going to take care and sign up the agreement.
After this first visit together, we will visit your house minimum 3 times a week. These routine visits provide refreshing/dehumidifying, pest check, post-box check (we pay the bills right after we collect them), watering flowers and garden and the general check of the house (roof, ceilings, walls against leakage, woodwork for maintenance...).
We manage small things like changing broken lamps, repairing leaking tabs without bothering you and for free. If we find out any problem that can be serious or cost some more money, we take a digital photo of the problem, send it to you by mail with the report about what can be done and approximate costs. After you confirm, we start the work and inform you by sending digital photos and reports periodically until it is completely finished. Your house will be cleaned once in a month. Or more if there happens to be any need due to the work done in the house. Before the day you or your guests come, your house will be cleaned once more and everything will be double checked. If you require, we can provide cleaning service when the house is occupied. |
